Hello Arip,
Have you read about the changes that come with the new Spring release about the D365FO and Field Service integration?
Please see: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/crm/2018/03/21/business-applications-spring-18-release-notes/
If you still want to go with MS Flow, then probably the best place for that is posting questions on the powerusers MS Flow forum here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/

Hello Ludwig Reinhard,
Thank you for the clear explanation! Very usefull!
I have a few questions related to the FTI flow:
– In order for the flow to execute, do you need to be logged in to the D365 environment? Or does it execute also during the night if you are not logged in D365?
– Does the cross-company flow still require multiple user log-in’s?
Thanks!

Hello Geurt von Assen,
You do not need to be logged into D365FO to execute the Flow but can schedule that also overnight but you will need multiple users / dummy-users if you work with cross-company Flows. That is currently a limitation that will hopefully be fixed with the next releases.
Best regards,
Ludwig

Dear Ludwig
Could I somewhere find a handout of your documentation/presentation as I am struggling to fully setup the MS flow and the screenshots of the video cannot be zoomed in to the level where I can read everything you’ve entered in MS Flow.
Many thanks

Hello Thomas,
Cannot make an attachment in this comment section. Will send you the Flow zip file that I used so that you can import it in a demo environment and take a look.
Best regards,
Ludwig

Hello again Ludwig. What solution could you envisage to allow the transfer of the Sales FTI dimension values company 1 to the Purchase invoice in company 2?
Again, thank you.

Hi Andrew, This depends on the findims used and on your integration scenario. An easy solution would be creating a mapping table on SharePoint that is used to identify the correct findims in the company that posts the purchase invoice. Best regards, Ludwig
