You pushed the month end process to another level here! Great advantage.
Question: In real life, who is supposed to enter the project hours on the activities against the project? is it all users that do the actual task, I guess they would be the only people knowing how much actual time it took them to do the task or it could be a clerk who could can calculate between a start time and the end time of the task and then create the hours journals. Both would be possible i guess.

Hello Veronika, You are right, ideally the people involved in the month-end closing process who are working on the month end activities should enter the project hours. If they cannot, another employee could record those time but needs some information on the time spent for each activity. Best regards, Ludwig
