A Big Thank You to All My Readers

I am thrilled and humbled to announce that my blog has reached 1 million visitors. This is a huge milestone for me and for the finance and accounting community. I want to thank each and every one of you who has visited, read, commented, shared, and supported my blog. You are the reason why I keep writing and sharing my passion for finance and accounting.

I know that finance and accounting is not the most popular or exciting topic for many people. It can be challenging, complex, and sometimes boring. But it is also essential, rewarding, and impactful. Finance and accounting is the language of business, the backbone of decision making, and the driver of value creation. I hope that my blog has helped you to ease your finance and accounting pain, to learn new skills, to discover new insights, and to enjoy this topic as much as I do.

A New Chapter for Finance and Accounting

As Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, once said: “If you want to do something new, you have to stop doing something old.” This is a powerful and relevant quote for finance and accounting professionals today. The world is changing rapidly, and so is our profession. We need to adapt, innovate, and transform ourselves and our organizations to stay relevant and competitive.

That is why I have decided to change the focus of my blog as well. I am still running a finance and accounting blog, but I am now more interested in exploring the topics of modern finance and sustainability. Modern finance is about leveraging the power of technology, especially the Power Platform, to automate, analyze, and visualize financial data and processes. Sustainability is about measuring, managing, and reporting the environmental, social, and governance impacts of our businesses. These are the most important topics of this generation because we are the generation that needs to start getting things fixed and repaired.

Join Me on This Journey

I invite you to join me on this journey of learning and growing as finance and accounting professionals. I will continue to share my insights, tips, and best practices on modern finance and sustainability on my blog. I hope that you will find them useful, interesting, and inspiring. I also welcome your feedback, questions, and suggestions on how I can improve my blog and serve you better. Thank you again for your amazing support and loyalty. You are the best readers a blogger could ask for. I look forward to connecting with you and hearing from you soon.
