When vendor invoices are created and match to a PO, we have a requirement to store them to SharePoint in a folder BY requester (invoice are private by requester). Would Syntex allow to publish to a folder as per a specific requester if that information is on the document?
Sure. I used an example for sales orders / customer invoices but the same works for vendor invoices. You just need to be careful with the number of invoices that you want to process and check the price for OCR scanning them. If you check out the Syntex learn site you will find a link to a AI builder calculation site that allows you estimating those costs.
